'Shop'  Zoefia Alexandria Collection utilizes USPS & UPS 

 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We will be expanding in the future to ship to other countries. 

 

Shipping Cost 

  

All shipping rates are charged based on carrier, destination, and weight. 

If you require Express shipping, you will charge the Express rate based on the carrier at checkout.  

 

  

Shipping Time Frames 

  

This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-5 business days {and express} shipping in 1 -3 business days} depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address. Your order will be shipped from New York. 

  

Processing Time

  

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days, if there’s any delay, you will be notified.

 

 

 

Weekend or Holiday Processing time 

 

 

All orders placed on the weekend processing will begin the following Monday, while all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. The shipping times listed above are estimated, you may track your order at any time using the USPS  or UPS Tracking Number 'Shop' Zoefia Alexandria Collection sends to you once your order has been processed and shipped.  

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the Item is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control their handling/delivery time.
